Body Freedom Tribe is a 10-week online course designed to revolutionise your relationship with food and help you find freedom and love within your body.
Using a holistic approach infusing hypnotherapy, yoga, fitness and nutrition to enable women to step out of the cycle of body shaming and into empowered self love.
This online course will educate and empower women on how to nourish their bodies, remove negative subconscious programming surrounding body image and their relationship with food, increase confidence and fitness levels, reduce stress and ultimately improve their health, all with the support of an online community.

Laura Helm
Laura is a Transpersonal Therapist, Hypnotherapist and an Experienced Yoga Teacher.
Over the duration of her career she has helped hundreds of women transform their relationship with food and their bodies using her proven hypnotherapy techniques.
Laura is an advanced Yoga Teacher and has undertaken specialised training to teach inclusive yoga for all body shapes. She guides her students to develop a deeper connection with their bodies with her detailed embodying cues.

Emma Freyschuss
Emma is a Naturopathic Hormone Nutritionist. She helps struggling women to master their hormones and fall in love with their bodies through focusing on nourishment and moving away from restrictive dieting.
Emma has made it her mission to help women to ditch all the fad diets and shift through all the myths around “health foods”.
Through applying her Professional, Research-based approach, she teaches them how to nurture their physiology to finally find happiness and harmony in themselves.
